Tear open the foil sachet and slide the rosin insert into the pocket on your band. Wear it on your non-dominant wrist with the Swips logo on the palm side of your wrist, so the logo sits over the rosin pocket and shows you where to tap. Then tap, tap, tap it with your playing hand for an instant, dry grip.
