Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more within the United States. On smaller orders, the shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.

When it ships

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

You get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each package leaves, and another when it is delivered. You can also check status anytime from the link in your order confirmation.

More than one box

We carry brands that ship some products directly from their own warehouses. If your order includes items from more than one place, it arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Every package is still covered by our free returns.

We ship within the United States. Shipping options and prices for your address are shown at checkout.

Address changes and lost packages

Need to fix an address? Email us right away and we will update it if the order has not shipped. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find your package, email us right away and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
