1. Eligibility
Open to all entrants of legal age however void where prohibited by law. Pickleball Superstore, Inc. employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this giveaway, all participants agree to abide by these rules and decisions. Pickleball Superstore, Inc. has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, all participants agree to accept the decisions of Pickleball Superstore, Inc. as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway will start on July 3, 2024. Entries must be received before 11:59 PM PT on July 7, 2024.
5. How to Enter
Only one entry is allowed per valid email account. Entry is made using the PickleballSuperstore.com website and submitting the email capture form on the website. No other forms of entry are allowed. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in Pickleball Superstore, Inc. invalidating one or all of the participant’s entries.
6. Prizes
Two (2) winners will be picked within 7 business days after July 7, 2024. Pickleball paddles will be valued at less than $250 USD retail pricing.
7. Odds
The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected via a random drawing from the qualified entrants under Pickleball Superstore, Inc.'s supervision. Winners will be notified via the email provided in the entry form.
Pickleball Superstore, Inc. isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner grants Pickleball Superstore, Inc. permission to use the winner's entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Conditions
Pickleball Superstore, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.
Pickleball Superstore, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the giveaway.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participant’s entry into this giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Pickleball Superstore, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
12. Disputes
Participant agrees, as a condition of participating in the giveaway, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Pickleball Superstore, Inc. shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Orange County, California, without resorting to any form of class action. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the contest, the participant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the giveaway terms and rules.
